Green, associated with the heart chakra, has the rHythm of forgiveness.  I went through years of healing from childhood trauma and had to dig deep to be able to forgive.  There’s a saying “Forgiveness is accepting your past.”  It has been and at times is still a process for me--but I truly feel that forgiveness is more my gift than for the people I am forgiving.  It frees me and brings me peace.
