love n.motion

We are all "LOVE n.motion"--that is who we are.  We just need to tap into that energy.  Sometimes it's easier to do that than others.  

In November 2021, I was hospitalized with COVID. I came home on oxygen, and my husband had to do everything for me. 🙏 The second night home as I slept, I was awakened with a vision above my head of a jolt of neon pink sea salts. The third night, a jolt of neon turquoise sea salts. Sea salts reduce congestion, sanitize, and open the airways. And symbolizes purification and protection. Well no wonder! How amazing was that? And the colors lifted my spirits incredibly! I believe in the healing power of color, and of God. . . because 8 days later I was off of oxygen, and 6 weeks after entering the hospital, I was back on the tennis court. God, sea salts & colors rock! 

In various spiritual practices, vibrant pink is believed to represent love, compassion, and inner peace. Pink is also said to have a healing energy, promoting harmony and balance in one's life. Hot Pink is an unapologetic rendition of youthfulness, emotion, and networking.  I'll take it!
