Your orders are created on-demand and will ship in 7–10 business days, with the exception of metal and acrylic prints which will ship in 2–3 weeks. Usually sooner! All my prints are manufactured in the USA by the highest quality standards.

Originals available for sale will ship in approximately 1 week. Delivery time for commissioned originals will depend on the collaborative process between you and me.

Yes. I'm happy to send proofs when requested. The proof will include the full image plus a section of the image at the size to be printed. The cost is $60 plus shipping. This gives piece of mind to both you and me before final print. Please email me requesting the sample with image, final size and type of print (metal or acrylic). I will send you an email with payment option.

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Typically orders go into production the next business day, but sometimes same-day depending on the order time. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order by texting 801.750.6198 or emailing “need help” at art@pamelanielsen.com.

Because my prints are custom made to order, they are final sale and non-returnable. I will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues once you have received the print. I will request photos of the damage or to have the order returned to me and would provide a return shipping label. I will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For originals, you have 3 days, once received, to decide if it’s the right fit. I want you to LOVE it! If you change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping to my studio in SLC, UT.

My art is packed with the utmost care, however, if the art piece is damaged during shipping, please text me at 801.750.6198 or email me “need help” at art@pamelanielsen.com within 24 hours of receipt. At that time, I will determine what action to take.  

Each limited-edition print is signed and numbered by me and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.  Some pieces may be digitally signed with my approval and that will be included on the Certificate. Certificates will be mailed separately 

Yes! I love to drop my images into odd sizes and see how they transform. My favorite thing to do—such fun! Please email art@pamelanielsen.com with the art image of your choice, size and print type —metal or plexi. Metal prints come in gloss and matte. Metallic prints fused between plexi and aluminum come in gloss. I will send you a jpg for approval with pricing.

I can also print on canvas, SEG fabric; and Epanel for outdoor prints and backsplashes. We can hop on a free Zoom call to determine what is best for your space.

I accept checks, Visa and MasterCard, Venmo. For special projects and large orders, I prefer checks and money orders made out to Pamela Nielsen.

Only orders sold in the state of Utah will be taxed 7.25%
