lush

One of my favorite places to vacation is Hawaii.  Especially Kauai.  Being a lover of their amazing tropical flowers, envisioning them, I painted "lush".   I can smell them.  I can touch them.  The thick impasto strokes transport me to them.  Rich, opulent, lavish, luxurious, sensuous, extravagant.  lush
