My artwork is shipped all over the world. The pieces of art are packed extremely well in either wood or cardboard crates with extensive packing materials to protect the piece. Shipping fees are included in your online order. Shipping will be addressed for commissioned art and special projects on individual case basis.

Open very carefully, remove the packaging materials, and take your art piece out with care. Inspect for any damage.

I will forward you the tracking information, so you can see ETA and track it. I use a few different carriers depending on weight, size and destination. If you have any questions, please email “need help” to art@pamelanielsen.com.

My METAL prints can be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth using either Isopropyl Alcohol or Sprayway Ammonia Free Glass Cleaner (found at Costco). My ACRYLIC prints can be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth using either Novus #1, or Brillianze; Sprayway Ammonia free Glass Cleaner (found at Costco.) My ORIGINALS can be wiped with a soft microfiber cloth.

Art doesn’t fare well in the sun. Over time direct sunlight can fade or damage the piece, so try not to place a cherished piece on an always-bright wall. That being said, there are products I can print on that will uphold sunlight and natural light. A good rule of thumb is to leave your most valuable pieces out of bathroom and kitchen areas that experience a variety of humidities. Over time this can damage or warp your art. (Except for my Epanel product prints—I use Epanel for backsplashes, outdoor pieces, large scale prints, even bathrooms). If your home has heating and AC and you don’t live in an incredibly humid climate, you’re otherwise good to go.
